Lawrie and Jenny O'Carroll are the owners of Waitohi Downs, a 2,500 acre (1012 hectare) working farm situated in the high country of North Canterbury in New Zealand's South Island. Waitohi Downs is the home of 60 horses, of which about 35 are used for mustering stock and the safaris, and also 2600 sheep, 150 beef cattle, 450 red deer and 5 working dogs plus the odd mob of wild pigs.
