Landmarked by its giant redwood tree, in gentle rolling limestone country, Tokarahi Homestead was built in 1878 by wool baron Alexander McMaster.
Each of our four guest rooms is individually decorated and appointed to the highest standards. The beds feature quality bed linen, wool duvets, electric blankets and hand quilted bedspreads. The adjoining ensuite bathrooms, feature quality period style fixtures, hairdryers, and toiletries. All bathrooms have a shower and two bathrooms feature antique claw foot baths.
